All beef is vacuum sealed and flash frozen.
Half a beef yields approximately 100+ meals for a family. Roughly a 1 year supply (depending on portion size).

If you would like to reserve a Whole then please purchase two "Half" deposits.
*Price will be $2500 for half or $4500 for whole (Average HALF weight is ~250-275lbs [this is hot hanging weight which includes the bones]) and includes all processing fees and local delivery. Paid by check or cash at pickup. Pickup is available for out of area customers that want to visit the ranch. Also volume orders (2+ wholes) can be delivered to further distances.
$50 is the online processing fee and does not apply to the total. (Gotta love technology)
What we recommend:
Consider every cut option against your real world use. For instance, if you only cook roast 1-2 times a year then you can request just rump roasts and opt to have steaks and ground beef cut from the shoulder and chuck muscles instead. Limit how much ground beef you select, this helps you gather the full value, and there will still be ample ground beef (also we almost always have ground beef in stock to replenish you if you run out). Request stock bones for making bone broth. Don’t forget steak thickness and roast size (our recommendation is 1.25” and 3-4lbs.
